Some guy is claiming he owns the rights to building earthquake buildings out of toothpicks and popsicle sticks... Yeah, right! Apparently he and SciKit/VMR even own the basic definitions of the types of earthquakes found in all EarthSci texts.
However, as a gesture of professional courtesy, and an attempt to show I'm a nicer guy than this mean old miser, I've removed it till I can yell at a few folks at Science Kit/Boreal and consult my attorneys!
